I have had an average experience with the Jesuit Volunteer Corps. The organization provides opportunities for service and community involvement, but I found the overall management to be lacking. Communication was often unclear and there was a lack of transparency regarding expectations and policies. However, I did appreciate the meaningful work that the organization does and the connections I made with fellow volunteers.
