The proctor for my 12pm exam showed up 38 minutes ...

The proctor for my 12pm exam showed up 38 minutes late. No one in the office was able to provide me with sufficient answers as to when he would show up. It was an unsettling experience, and on top of that, they are unwilling to waive the fee for me to re-take this exam. I understand things happen, but when they do, companies should do what they can to make up for their mishaps.

There are other testing centers in the Bay Area. I will not be returning to this location anytime soon.
