Worst hotel experience, I have ever had. I arrived at 8:30 pm on a Wednesday. Walk to reception desk dark. Young lady checked me in and pointed to where room was located. I instead she show me to room since it was dark. We eventually found a young man to help with luggage. Entrance to room was located outside. Walk was was dark, bulbs blown and not replace. I should have know it was bad when I was told they do not have shower caps. Room was spacious; however very clear that rooms need immediate renovations.

Day two, I returned to room, used towels were removed, however not replaced. I went to front desk to request towel and was told towels were NOT available until the next day at 6:30 am. I thought person was joking. He was not.

Day three, I stopped by front desk to request soap and to inform them about the events that transpired prior. I was given a form to fill out and return. Was told manager would contact me. Manage, Lawrence did come to room and listen to concerns. He brought housekeeping supervisor with him. Surely things would be better.. Lawrence stated he would take care of food for me. Later, I arrived at restaurant after ordering soup( it was good my the way). However was told there was no bread available! Soup no bread, potato pudding cold on one side hot on other. Lawrence of course was no where to be found, however was spotted seated at bar with companion. After about an hour there was a knock on door with soup and bread...

This place needs immediate training on customer service and renovations.
