Disappointing customer service.

Disappointing customer service.

I was initially told they would do a free running assessment to help me find the right shoe, but I was sorely disappointed by the lack of interest from the staff. I had to initiate the interaction myself upon entering the store. I wasn't asked anything about my running style/habits/current shoe problems/etc. After arbitrarily being handed shoes, I asked if a running assessment could be done, and the woman just awkwardly watched me run 20 feet outside and didn't provide much insight.

I was hoping to get more enthusiasm and knowledge from the staff. I could have been unlucky with the person I interacted with (maybe everyone else is awesome), but I wouldn't recommend this place if you're looking to get substantial advice for selecting a running shoe.
