I had to be off work for 8 weeks and from the first contact to the last I was treated exceptionally well. Very polite and professional. My claims examiner was one of the nicest people I have ever dealt with. They even wished me well in my recovery. The human factor is so important these days. Once again I would recommend this insurance company to anyone.

I have had to avail of the services of this institution again this year. Again from day one I have felt so relieved with my claims examiner. So polite and courteous. And with all the turmoil in the world right now my claim was taken care of in a timely matter considering the alternative working arrangements that some companies have had to put in place.
