Their corporate office is just as bad as their property management. Here my my review for my complex. You're better off just renting from a South City slumlord.

Let me preface with the fact that the maintenance crew here are absolute rockstars, and the complex itself is pretty nice. The reason I would highly recommend you NOT live here is the management team and their corporate office. They are the most arrogant, ignorant, entitled lot of people I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. They will harass and berate you much like Chinese Amazon companies for good reviews, constantly threaten you for fines etc. when it turns out it's your neighbors and their children for leaving toys/bikes etc. around. They will happen yo "forget" to adjust your rent if you ever have to put a pet down. If you ever leave a review like this they will threaten to evict you and basically do everything to make your timel left on your lease as miserable as possible, yet beg you to sign another one. Quite possibly the worst run complex out there. I would rather rent from a South City slumlord before renewing a lease here. If you value peace, rent from anywhere but here. The children are out of control and the management staff is insufferable. The only reason this got a single star is because the maintenance staff rocks.
