Broderick was my service advisor. The person who took the call was very nice from the beginning, and booked a same-day appointment to get my oil changed. Although the price would be a little higher than shopping around, it allowed me to have peace of mind that I had the best parts that my car needed for its A1 service, after all it is a brand new car. They also washed it and vacuumed the interior. Broderick was extra helpful and also booked me for another appointment to review some other concerns that I've had with the vehicle since its initial purchase. Highly recommend these guys! PS: Mike from Sales was also helpful in future car shopping advice.
