I am beyond disappointed with the service that I'm yet to receive from Order Up. I placed an order for PF Chang's at 4:08 pm on today Sunday March 5th. Here it is 6:06 and I still have not received my order. I just hung up the phone with someone from your customer experience team and he stated due to some type of error with the communication between OrderUp and P.F Chang's my order was being prepared as we speak. I have several concerns with this. One, had I not googled the customer service phone number for your company, would I have been contacted ever? Two, I have ordered from Postmates, GrubHub, and UberEats and NEVER once have I experienced anything like this. The gentleman from the customer experience department offered a $5 credit toward my account. Including your service fee and the driver's tip my total for my order was $57. That's not even 10%. I pray to god the quality of my food more than meets my expectations for having to wait for now 2 hours. This is unacceptable customer service for customers for any company. I expected so much more from your reputable company but I have been let down.
