Great gym and facilities.

Great gym and facilities.
However, I was pretty gutted by the lack of empathy shown by staff when cancelling my membership as a result of hardship caused by coronavirus. I was charged a huge cancellation fee I could barely afford which I felt was unfair given the circumstances.

Update: I can t respond to Genesis comment below, but have proof that the payment of $79.80 was taken and have emailed them regarding this issue, but have not received a response.
