Had a terrible experience, they lost our reservation so our room was not ready until 7:00pm, bathroom fixtures didn't work so they put is in a different room with a broken pull out sofa, and broken roll away bed and no climate controls. Left right away next morning after they made us wait 1 hour past our breakfast reservation and ended up staying on mainland for rest of trip. Will never return here and none of the staff were kind nor helpful and we received no refund for 2 months. It is a horrible resort.
