Awesome experience! Diane reached out to me based on my internet wish list. We chatted about styles and fabrics. She had samples sent to me and stayed in touch to make sure sure we got them and helped with our choice. Once we placed the order, she stayed in touch throughout the process, ensuring we knew where we were in the process. This is all important, because when you order a piece that has to be built, it can be a bit of a wait from the time you place the order until it arrives. We love our recliner, it matches our decor and our other furniture exactly as we had planned and, we have Diane and Hickory Park Furniture to thank for it all coming together.
