If I could give the service department 10 stars I would. My 2017 Honda Pilot broke down while here on vacation from Sarasota, Florida. Knowing that I was needing to drive home in a few days they started working on my car right away trying to get it up and running so I could drive it back. In addition, they are dealing with the dealership in Sarasota where I originally had my car "fixed." Not only has Chad Barnwell (my service advisor) and the team at Apple Tree Honda made every attempt to get my car up and running quickly they have been dealing with a difficult situation with the dealership in Sarasota. The service manager at Apple Tree, James King, even called me to explain everything. This whole breakdown experience could have been so much more difficult to deal with in the wrong hands. I'm very grateful that I took my car to Apple Tree. I can't say enough good things about Chad. He has kept me in the loop the entire time and has worked very hard to get my car fixed correctly and in a timely manner.
