Overall really great experience. It's a massive Hotel so they usually have good rates on last minute unsold rooms. Beds are very comfy, rooms are spacious, and the pool on the 27th floor is really nice. There's a cool view from the deck outside the pool and the Whirlpool is relaxing. The room service menu is lacking a little but there are some great food options nearby. Great location for tourists and shoppers since it's right near the Eaton centre
