Look elsewhere if possible (try House of Antique Hardware) who has pretty superb customer service. The customer service from My Knobs is non-existent. I received knobs and pulls that was not at all the color depicted by their website. I contacted them, and received the return label *one month later*. I have now been waiting for a credit that hasn't come for merchandise they have confirmed that they have received back 31 days ago. I have sent numerous emails, to which the reply is "it will be credited in 2-3 business days" every time. Same thing when I call. It has now been 31 days and I am owed $500+ dollars with still no resolution or help. I have been on calls every day with them for a total of 10 hours at this point and continue to get the run-around. Please look elsewhere. If everything goes smoothly, I am sure it's great, but if you need to return anything - good luck. Hint - you can find the same brand of products they carry (i.e. Emtek) from MANY other suppliers (House of Antique Hardware, Amazon, etc.).
