The hotel is amazing - one of the best in the city. My wife and I have stayed here every year for the last several years for our anniversary. We love it. Recently, I had clients in town. So I booked 4 massages and facials well in advance at the newly-renovated Anda Spa. While the Hotel staff is amazing, the Anda staff were not. They rushed our clients, changed appointment times without notification, and were completely disorganized (which made me and my colleagues look awful). Two attendees missed their facial appointments and they charged me for them anyway. I sent two follow up emails to the manager looking for an explanation and I never heard from her. This was two months ago. SO, Hotel: 5/5 stars. Anda Spa 0/5 stars. I'd find someplace else.
