I usually go to a different lone star. And i do have mixed opinions on each one . But i was not impressed last Sunday 23rd feb. I ordered the the redneck ribs and i do understand it has honey on it but would be nice if i had an option for spicy especially if i knew the ribs would be that sweet. After the 4 and 5 rib it felt like i was eating dessert not meat.
My wife had ordered the sirloin steak cooked to medium / well and it was more well done dry and chewy. On top of that she asked for the pepper sauce, she was given the red wine jus.
Most of the waiters were quite young and looked distressed when sorting out our complaint. It also took ages to get anything sorted. Never did a senior person come to apologise. Not very nice customer service. Won't go back again.
