My family enjoyed our visit to DCH Academy Honda. The staffs are all friendly. Our Sales, Mr. Erich Tam is a knowledgeable sales with deep understanding of customer's need. For all the questions we have, he speaks from his heart about his own experience. Erich ran through the whole process from trade-in our old car to deliver the new vehicle in four hours. He organized the process well in a way that you will never feel boring. The new vehicle was delivered to us sparkling clean. Erich is truly a sales from the heart. I am looking forward to seeing Erich again for my next vehicle.
