Loved my experience at Broadway ford. Jack was our salesman, and he was super helpful every step on the way. I fell in love with the escape I test drove, and was able to leave with it that day (even with the hassle of a trade in with a loan on it). We drove 2 hours just to test drive it (becausei was so specific in what I wanted), so it was a relief to be able to bring it home same day. We had our 3 young kids (2,5,7) with us, so of course that made things a little less fun but jack had a little bin of toys to try and keep them occupied. The whole process took approximately 3 hours, because of financing.
