Last Friday, I made a service appointment for 9am today, Tuesday, and when I arrived at 8:40 I wasn't in their computer. It turned out not to be a big deal as I was taken in and told I would receive a call when they had further information. Inside of 20 minutes they called. I expected the results I was given but disappointed that even though I bought the vehicle from this dealership, my service issue was apparently an aftermarket issue and couldn't be repaired here. I have not modified the vehicle in any way with regards to my service issue today, so disappointment that even though the vehicle came with the product, the dealership could not fix it.

On the positive side, there was no charge for evaluating my service issue. That alone will be motivation enough for me to return for further service with this vehicle!!!
