We're quite disappointed about the staff and the booking system.
Last night before closing we were told there are many boats available.
This morning we called, and none were left.

How can your staff be so incompetent and give misleading information?

They should have advised us of the closing hours yesterday. Because when we tried calling back yesterday to book our boats, they were closed already but nobody advised us of the time they would be closing nor about the fact that we should hurry up in order to save our spot and boat.

The mislead us into thinking that when we call back, there will be plenty of boats available.

Also, your so-called online booking is not a real booking. All it is is a request, a customer can express an interest in booking a boat for a specific time but nothing is guaranteed.

It's 2020 and you should be using a real booking system that would show real-time availability, prices and legit payment processing system.
