Jonathan W was amazing. His customer service was exceptional compared to my other experiences at other dealerships. He provided timely status updates and sat with me to explain the service/paperwork expense line items. He was transparent on the service cost for today's appointment. I will select him as my service advisor and this dealership on my next visit.
