I am very pleased with the service I received from Vernon Heating & Air Conditioning. I called this morning because my oil furnace wasn't working and they sent a technician out within a few hours. Mike is professional, thorough, and is great at explaining everything to the homeowner. It turns out that we need a new furnace (Mike took the time to show me the various issues), and Vernon is able to schedule installation for tomorrow.
