From a trainer's standpoint, Informa Middle East is one of the very best companies with which a trainer can ever work. They have a corporate policy of doing the right thing by their trainers, and the result is that we build a long-term relationship with them. That in turn helps us to know the region, and the client base, and deliver better training as a result. Efficient administration is the key to a good event, and having someone on site from Informa at every event is definitely another good policy. From the accounts people to the administrators, from the sales force to the senior management, this is a team that really works, and as a trainer I am very appreciative.
