Had a bit of an emergency this morning as my Netgear ReadyNAS died (5 years old so not too bad I guess). Craig and Dave worked as a team to get me the best solution. Dave put my drives into one of Computer Alliances's own ReadyNAS units (same model as mine) and tested it out to see that the drives weren t damaged at all. He and Craig then lent me the unit to get the business back up and running again and sold me a new one so that I can transfer the data across to it (and return the Computer Alliance one back to the store).

Thanks once again for brilliant customer service from Computer Alliance. You are all absolute legends!
