I drive 40 minutes and pass up a lot of other bike shops to get to The Bike Center. We came in looking for a recumbent for our daughter and left with the greatest experience we've had buying a bike. (And a great bike). Since then we've had them tune-up our own bikes and couldn't be happier with the service. I've bought bikes at several shops in St. Louis and have never felt as comfortable with the staff and the purchase. The staff is so knowledgeable and kind - they were unbelievably patient and helpful with all of our questions while we were navigating purchasing the recumbent. I'm about ready to add another bike to the family and I won't go anywhere else but here.
