Zero stars! Zoe ruined my hair. Worst experience I have ever had in my 40 years. I just asked her to trim the ends and specifically said do not texturize too much (asked for a little thinning out because I have very thick hair) as I was growing my hair out. She pulled out men's electric clippers, without discussing or asking me beforehand, and began running clipper through my hair. I said no stylist had ever thinned out my hair that way (I was very nervous but trying to be polite and give her benefit of doubt). She hacked my hair...it's chopped, uneven and now totally frizzy. A dog groomer could have done a better job. She actually asked me twice if my hair looked even. She has no business cutting hair and charging $85 for it. I'm furious.
