The room was amazing, the staff was great, however we were a little disappointed to find out the Groupon was misleading in some ways. Groupon lists that there is a breakfast buffet but when we arrived to the restaurant in the hotel we found out the buffet wasn t much of a traditional style, it included some pastries and fruit but didn t seem like a lot for the price. Groupon also lists that the hotel provides 24 hour room service, however when we called we were informed room service closes at 10:30. Groupon also doesn t clarify what exactly is included in the hidden room fees. Our room overall was beautiful, however our balcony door wouldn t lock and kept opening so we had to keep a chair against it. When turning down the bed we found there was a rip in the sheets, and for a 4 star hotel we expected to be able to use the mini fridge but were nervous to open it to avoid being charged anymore fees. The overall service and stay was great, we were just disappointed in the Groupon listing discrepancies and minor damages.
