My name is Anna and I recently hosted a Bachlorette weekend here this past weekend. Unfortunately the manager on duty (Greg) was a complete A**hole! The location was perfect - and the resort was beautiful, but the staff is FAR from that! I was extremely shocked to see such an amazing place HAVE the worst customer service out there. We stayed in the suites above the night club, and just to warn you - the floor sounds like it's going to give way from 7pm-3am. The dishes in the kitchen sounded like they were breaking from the bass of the club below us. If you want any type of sleep -- do not stay there! I requested to have us moved - and Greg was far from helpful. Then i asked if they could refund us and we would stay elsewhere - and that wasn't an option either. He pretty much said, I have nothing to offer you. What a jerk! Also, our waitress that we had outside at the bar where they have live music - was MORE interested in hooking her friends up with free shots then to serve us. We had to find her anytime we needed something! Very irritating! I would not recommend this to any of my friends or clients. It's unfortunate, but the truth!
