Terrible experience

Terrible experience
Service: they refused to substitute spaghetti for fettuccine for my order of carbonara. They also brought an expensive mineral water without asking if we wanted it. The food took nearly 40 min to come and also after closing the bill it took very long time before bringing back my credit card. All this despite the fact that the restaurant was nearly empty.
Food: The spaghetti was hard, really hard and the carbonara sauce so runny it wouldn't even stick to the pasta, it was like eating soup with uncooked noodles
Ambience: was reasonable ok, pretty fancy and clean.
Value: Not woth - 1 spaguetti carbonara + 1 mineral water = 45 dollars.
