"When the products are similar,the dealer makes the difference." My experience was exactly like every other dealership. I sent a request through cars.com for availability of a vehicle. I did not hear back from the dealer so I called and got connected with Scott kenney (Bdc manager). I made it perfectly clear I didn't want to fill out the credit app if the vehicle had been promised. He assured me the vehicle was on the lot and had not been spoken for. I was willing to drive up to Kerrville from Houston to pickup the vehicle. Once he assured me I had first dibs I filled out the app and never heard back from Scott. The old bait and switch tactic was being used. I get a text the following day from a different salesman that the vehicle had been sold. You may want to evaluate employees on how customers are treated. The employees are the image of the dealership, and if you have people misrepresenting your name you may lose customer. After all best advertising is word of mouth. Highly unsatisfied
