My service never worked for me....C.S. ppl was sil...

My service never worked for me....C.S. ppl was silly and rude....I was put on hold for long periods of time. ...dealing with them was a nightmare! Also received a call at 8:45 at night by the technician asking if I had his drill! I only gave them one star to be able to post my story....UGH
