Poor front desk service, room said non smoking but...

Poor front desk service, room said non smoking but was stink like smoke and ashes all over floor and window seal. Haven't received my charge back to my card and it's been since July 12 2019. Called management several times no answer and left several messages non returned. Transaction still pending on my card and my $93.97 is much needed. I will never book at this Ramada again and Wyndham should be ashamed to sponsor such a place.
