Worst customer service, no response to emails for ...

Worst customer service, no response to emails for weeks; lucky to get a response at all, won't answer phones calls and long waits. 2 major outages in the last 12 months, no actions, no apologies. Very unprofessional... too bad, the platform is very nice. Considering switching to a company that cares about it's customers.
