The customer service is just terrible. People have no problem getting an attitude wether you are being gentle and kind or not. I call to get more info about tickets I paid months ago, yet are "unpaid" in the system, and instead of letting me finish explaining myself they quickly jump to conclusions about my knowledge of the subject. I was referenced to four different offices because they wouldnt let me finish my explanation in time to fully understand. How does anyone expect to resolve serious financial issues without any effort into service and clarification. This system, with it's impatient service system, promotes general confusion among many young people such as myself who's only choice is to struggle through these issues. I wouldnt be suprised to find many older people's living is also affected by the neglegent customer service.
