The service was friendly no matter who was on the front desk. We had an issue with the shower door that was tended to quickly. The room was quite dated, the bathroom door banged constantly due to the open exhaust fan in the bathroom wall and the room was really noisy when the wind hit. This could have been made worse being on the 16th (top) floor.

Don't let the previous put you off. For the price, it is comfortable and in a central walking location for the cafes, shops and waterfront attractions.

Would stay there again.
