i just purchased a 2019 F150, and like any new vehicle delivery, wherever you go whatever brand you buy, there will always be something missed or something not done etc etc. The part that matters in that situation is HOW the dealership makes the mistake right. I am confident to say that Tony and Nicole, (as well as the guy that brought my bedliner, cant remember his name) solved the only issue i had. and they did it in a very timely manner. I am pleased with my purchase, and pleased with my experience. I will be back in 8 years for another lol! thanks for all your help, and making this way more affordable than i thought when i started shopping.
