Customer service has improved a lot! I do like the text message that I get the day before to remind me of my car appointment. However, the response time with the courtesy ride ride was a little off this time around. I waited half an hour, before I had to call my dad to pick me up. I think they need to pay closer attention to that and take notice when the customer has been waiting too long. Other then that, the service is always good.
