I volunteered with an organization and had a mixed experience. Some aspects were great, such as the opportunity to serve the community and meet new people. However, there were also some challenges, particularly with the management and organization of projects. Communication could be better and there was a lack of clear direction at times. Overall, it was a decent experience, but there is definitely room for improvement.
