Had a smooth and pleasant experience at Baxter. My sales associate, Jacob Johnson, was very helpful and professional. I was given a fair deal on my trade and Andy (in their financing department) worked diligently to make sure I was comfortable with my payment plan. This was my first time buying a used vehicle, and even though I was anxious at first, I feel really good and secure about the Certified Pre-Owned Ford Escape I ended up with. Jacob took the time to go through the entire Inspection Report/Checklist so I knew the car was in great shape ... also a BIG thanks to Jacob for helping me setup all the hands-free/voice activated features ... it would have taken me forever to figure all that out on my own. All-in-all a really good experience!!!
