If I owned rental property, this would be the last company I would hire to manage it. They are unresponsive and allow serious problems to go unresolved.

Update! my daughter's apartment was recently burglarized as a result of windows that do not lock properly making it very easy for anyone to enter. This issue was noted on the move in paperwork. Maintenance said they repaired it but it was not.
