KLIA Main Terminal is definitely looking tired now. Arrivals process is laborious, through a dark Immigration area (with a long queue almost always) into a dingy baggage claim area. Then prepare to run the gauntlet of taxi hawkers. Toilets are filthy. Car rental area is in an even dirtier forgotten part of a car park, well away from the terminal. Horrendous and frightening journey for single females to negotiate to. At least LCCT has Car rental booths actually in the terminal at arrivals.
