I never got a letter or phone call from this agenc...

I never got a letter or phone call from this agency. I saw that they were on my credit regarding my daughter I called to set up a biweekly payment plan. They took one payment and then nothing. I called for 2 weeks and couldn't get in touch with them. Lady week they randomly withdrew money from my account. I've worked in collections for years and if payments are missed you have to make contact with the consumer before taking money again. I canceled the payment plan. I'll call and pay on my own.
