I had not been going for many years and I was pleased to see that they have it excellently well maintained. The super healthy animals, the clean and very nice place, the friendly and efficient customer service. The experience of spending time with animals in open areas as it is here, is something that can be done in a few places in the world and we have it just 90 minutes from the city in Guatemala, a luxury. It is a pride this place. I used to go a lot as a child, but after more than 30 years of my first experiences visiting this place, I haven't lost the magic. Today we had the opportunity to feed a giraffe, face to face, a truly exceptional experience. My 13 month old son, I think I have never been so happy.
