Went in on raaynors chicken promo. LOL! Most unorganized, they were more interested in news networks present than customers. We all thought manager was the person who greeted us & kept promising us service, turns out it was the publicist! They gave us free lemonade while we were waiting, my glass was filthy with some crud so it turned me off. Still in the spirit of things I ordered a daiquiri which tasted like a failed attempt of a margarita (my friend was given a flat coke!). After waiting over 1 hour, I gave up waiting & decided to leave. Only plus was young waiter was extremely nice and they comped the horrible drinks. I gave the waiter a gratuity because it wasn't his fault.
