Review of Carr Chevrolet

I have a feeling this place is hit or miss. I have to travel from the coast and picked CARR out of a long list of Chevy dealerships I could've chosen from. I went here for my 45k service where I had a transmission service and brake service done on my 2017 Chevy Cruze totaling$360. Not a bad experience during the service, it was auctually pretty cool, we got a complimentary LYFT and chose to go to food cart area BGs Food Cartel which was a really cool experience. We looked around the lot before that and were greeted by a very friendly Spanish staff member with the most pleasant laughter, the kind that makes you laugh it's so good. The reason behind the two stars is when I left I had a weird shudder feel to my car, I turned around and took my car back to the dealership and they plugged it into reader. No weird read out so the staff member told me to call if the issue persisted. The issue has been constant since I left (not insinuating it was anyone's fault there). I will not name drop but I have called the number multiple times on the personal business card I was given and left messages with no answer or call back. I am pretty bummed about that, and I think it's rude. I can only assume that they do not want to deal with the issue or help me. I have since made an appointment at another Chevy dealership which I have to take time off work to do because they are not open on weekends which is kind of a bummer. I would've liked to continue business with the dealership that I came to for my first service.
