Please do NOT ignore these reviews. Lykens is awful. No accountability. I ve been informed by other tenants about multiple instances where their cars have been broken into. (AND we pay for, what is supposed to be, safe parking, here.) A tenant had all four of his tires stolen off of his car and Lykens claimed to not have the footage. Although, they have camera signs all over the building, creating an illusion of security. They will not assist you in anything! You will have to show up at the Lykens office physically, to get a response from anyone. The managers are breathy and hostile. Please read the contract thoroughly before signing a lease here. It is probably the worst contract I ve ever read. Spare yourself.
