I'm not a frequent patron but the few times I've been have been great. The staff is very helpful with answering our questions about different logistics (like the bconnected card) and always courteous. The Amerisports bar and grill is quite good. Nothing spectacular but clean and sanitary with gracious and sweet staff. The food was pretty good standard new American pub fare. Overall, I enjoy going and always have fun.
Special shout out to the wonderful lady working in the gift shop, and to the young lady at the Amerisports who has long strawberry blonde/reddish hair (I'm sorry I don't remember your names) for excellent customer service.
