Sales and Finance were a good experience. Insurance department put me through a nightmare. A new nightmare commenced when I picked up my RV. Shawn Glasgow attempted to make things right with us only to let us down miserably. I will never purchase another item from LazyDays nor recommend their company to anyone. If you re looking for a personalized experience seek out other companies. LazyDays is so huge and has so many departments, they herd their customers through like cattle. I felt like a ping pong ball throughout my entire pick up process. Also, my 2021 camper was parked under large oak trees and ants infested my camper! I found out later that this issue is known by employees and nothing has been done to stop it!!! How would you feel if you purchased a brand new $25K camper only to take it home filled with ants?! I m glad we didn t stay the night at LazyDays!!!!
