how is this and spectrum the only internet provide...

how is this and spectrum the only internet providers?? they just lie and lie and lie to us.

my internet speeds plummeted after about two months... when I called and asked why... they said they no longer offered that speed in my area?? what? why? and your still charging me for that speed? they didnt have an answer. I canceled immediately... a bill came in shortly after for the same amount for the speeds I signed up for. these companies are criminal.
