I usually avoid chains/franchises, but was desperate to find a hairdresser who knows how to cut a classic graduated bob, and found Emily's write-up on the T&G website. I'm hugely impressed with the quality of her work, my hair looks great! I seriously cannot fault the service I received at Toni & Guy, Hitchin, right from the moment I walked in. I'll definitely be back. Cheryl xx
